This is owned by a university and was used as a dormitory for their students and staff. It is very clean and ready to operate. It has a fully functioning kitchen, dining area with tables, bunk style rooms allowing for numerous guests per room. There are also Japanese tatami mat style bedrooms.

It is a two story building on a large block of land which allows for ample car parking space. The lodge has onsen baths and normal style baths. Onsen would require additonal costs for the onsen rights.

The building is a steel and concrete construction. Two floors with most guest rooms being on the second floor.

A great location down from the main street. A 5 min walk to the lifts.

Additional costs

The following will be additional costs on top of the purchase price, but may be negotiable.

1. Onsen Rights

   The hotel comes with ?? onsen pipes. To be updated.

2. Onsen Cost

   The price for onsen rights in Akakura are expensive. Cost will depend on how many pipes you use.

3. No Onsen

   You can also negate all these costs by opting to not use the onsen pipes. The baths can be filled with regular water and heated by the boiler.
